Fastest way to reach us

WhatsApp is usually the quickest — use the chat bubble on the site, or message your tutor directly from your dashboard's Messages tab once you're logged in.

Common questions

• I can't log in. Double-check your email and password. If you've forgotten your password, ask your tutor to reset it for you from the admin side.
• I paid but don't see the course. PayFast confirmations can take a few minutes; if it's been longer than that, get in touch with your payment reference.
• I want to update my or my parent's contact details. Message your tutor directly and they can update it for you.
